Pheonix Won't Spawn - Page 2 - Guild Wars Forums

Probably old news by now but just to add another data point:

Wife just got KoaBD lvl 1 today (5 titles maxed). We had been slowly filling HoM in anticipation.

All monuments full display except weaps:

33 Total minis, including 23 common, 4 uncommon, 5 rare, 1 unique/green
5 Companion statues: Gwen, Black Moa, Imp Phoenix, Black Widow, one other
5 Honor statues displayed (have 10 total or so)
5 armor sets (same toon, not dif toons though don't know that it matters)
1 destroyer weap

Rainbow Phoenix was not there, but upon dedicating an Opressor weap, phoenix spawned. So only 2 weapons total.
